At VVISN, we take pride in the quality of our leather craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth experience, we operate multiple return centers globally (including the United States) to facilitate convenient returns for our customers.

1. Return Period We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Since leather goods are delicate, please adhere to the following strict requirements:

  • Pristine Condition: The item must be unused and free of any scratches, scuffs, creases, stains, or signs of wear on the leather, lining, or hardware.

  • Original Packaging & Accessories: It must be returned in the original packaging, including the dust bag, box, and internal protective stuffing. Please re-stuff the bag to maintain its shape during transit. Returns received crushed or deformed due to poor packaging may be refused.

  • Tags & Protection: All original tags, labels, authenticity cards, and protective films on handles/hardware must be intact and attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or order number to complete the return.

3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Please pay special attention to the following return restrictions regarding our leather goods:

  • Protective Packaging (Crucial): For all handbags, crossbody bags, and totes, the protective wrapping on the handles, straps, and hardware must NOT be removed. We cannot accept returns if this protective packaging is removed, cut, or tampered with. Removing these protections affects the item's condition and value for resale.

  • Custom Products: Personalized items (such as monogrammed bags) or special orders cannot be returned.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

4. Return Process & Address To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@vvisn.com.

  • Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

  • Do not send items to the address on your package. (That might be a transit warehouse that cannot process returns).

Where do I send my return? We have return warehouses in different regions (including the United States and Asia). Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide you with the return address closest to your location to minimize your shipping costs and transit time.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost (or provide a prepaid label).

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning the item because it does not fit, or you simply changed your mind, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tip: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. No Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns. You will receive a refund for the product value once the return is inspected and approved.

7. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If rejected: We will notify you via email regarding the reason for rejection (e.g., handle wrapping removed, scratches on leather).
