Thank you for choosing VVISN. We are committed to delivering your premium leather goods safely and transparently. By shipping directly from our artisan workshops, we eliminate middlemen markups to bring you exceptional quality at the best possible price.

1. Order Processing & Quality Assurance

Before any item is shipped, it undergoes a strict Quality Assurance (QA) process to ensure the leather, stitching, and hardware meet our high standards.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process, inspect, and pack your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (MST - Mountain Standard Time).

  • Notification: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer International Shipping directly from our logistics centers in Asia (China & Vietnam).

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (7-15 days).

  • Note: These are estimates. While most orders arrive within the specified timeframe, factors such as customs clearance inspections and local carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times.

3. Shipping Restrictions (Important)

  • P.O. Boxes: We generally suggest using a physical address for delivery. Some expedited carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, which may delay your shipment.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For US Customers: Great news! Under the current de minimis threshold, orders under $800 USD shipped to the United States are generally exempt from customs duties and taxes.

  • For International Customers (Non-US): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VVISN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.

  • You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

6. Shipping Delays & Missing Packages

  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

  • Lost Packages: We are responsible for your package until it is delivered. If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, or if you have not received your order within 25 business days of shipment, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and offer a full refund or a free replacement if the package is confirmed lost in transit.
