1. General Questions

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your VVISN purchase. We accept returns on all unused items in pristine condition with original tags, packaging, and protective wrapping intact within 30 days of delivery.

  • Note: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • How to Return: Please contact us at cs@vvisn.com. We have return warehouses in the USA and Asia, and we will provide you with the address closest to you.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched (typically 1-3 business days after purchase), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website's "Track Order" page or the carrier's official portal.

Can I cancel or modify my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cs@vvisn.com. We can only process changes if the order has not yet entered the packing or shipment phase at our warehouse.

Do you have a physical store? Currently, VVISN operates exclusively as a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online boutique. By eliminating physical storefront costs and middlemen, we are able to offer premium handcrafted leather goods at a fraction of the traditional luxury retail price.

2. Product & Care

Do you offer a warranty on your leather bags? Yes! We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. VVISN offers a 6-month warranty on all leather goods.

  • What's covered: Manufacturer defects regarding hardware (zippers, clasps) and stitching.

  • Resolution: If you experience any functional issues within 6 months of purchase, please contact us at cs@vvisn.com with photos. We will evaluate the issue and offer a free replacement, a repair credit, or a partial refund depending on the situation.

  • Note: Standard wear and tear (scratches, leather softening) is natural for genuine leather and is not covered.

Will my laptop or phone fit in this bag? We provide detailed dimensions (Length x Width x Height) on every product page. We strongly recommend measuring your device and comparing it to the bag's specifications listed in the "Description" section. If you are still unsure, feel free to email us for a personalized recommendation!

What materials are used in your bags? VVISN is dedicated to authentic quality. We primarily use premium Top Grain Cowhide and Genuine Leather for our collections. We do not use synthetic faux leather for our main bodies unless specified. You can find specific material details on each product page.

How do I care for my leather bag? To ensure your VVISN bag ages beautifully:

  • Clean: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust.

  • Condition: Use a high-quality leather conditioner occasionally to keep the leather soft and hydrated.

  • Storage: When not in use, stuff the bag with paper to maintain its shape and store it in the provided dust bag.

  • Avoid: Keep away from direct heat, prolonged sunlight, and water.

3. Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other digital wallets as displayed at checkout.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. All transactions are processed through banking-level SSL-encrypted gateways. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from? To uphold our commitment to "Accessible Luxury," we have adopted a global fulfillment model. Our products are shipped directly from our artisan workshops and logistics centers in Asia, allowing us to oversee quality control personally and cut out unnecessary retail markups.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (typically $10-$20 for smaller orders).

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $100.00 USD.

How long does shipping take? Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (for quality check and packing).

  • Transit Time: 7-15 business days (depending on your location).

  • Most customers in the US receive their orders within 2 weeks.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? To ensure the safe delivery of valuable leather goods, we strongly recommend using a physical residential or business address. Some expedited carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, which may cause delays.
